Healthy Aging
Healthy aging care in The Villages, Florida.
Most people do not want to live longer so much as they want the years they have to work properly — energy that lasts the afternoon, recovery that keeps up with an active week, and a body that still does what they ask of it.
Treated by Dr. Christopher Cheshire, MS, AP, LAc, DOM, NCCAOM board certified, 22 years in The Villages. Medical oversight by Dr. Thomas Phipps, MD. Meet the providers
In short: Healthy aging care in The Villages FL: energy, recovery, mobility and clarity. NAD+, peptide therapy, acupuncture and targeted supplements.
The Short Version
Aging well is a maintenance problem.
Three things tend to slip with age: cellular energy production, tissue repair speed, and circulation. You feel the result as fatigue that does not match your sleep, soreness that takes days instead of hours, and stiffness that has become normal.
None of that is treated by a single product. We look at what is measurable and modifiable — sleep, energy, recovery, mobility, and the basic nutrient inputs — then use the tools that support those systems directly.

What we actually do
What a course of care looks like.
Start with the inputs
Before anything else: sleep, protein, hydration, movement, and the handful of nutrients most adults in this age group are genuinely short on. Skipping this makes everything else less effective.
Support cellular energy
NAD+ therapy targets the coenzyme that mitochondria depend on for energy production. It is the tool patients most often notice in terms of daytime energy and mental clarity.
Support repair
Peptide therapy is aimed at tissue repair and recovery signaling. Used with a specific goal — a joint, a recovery window, a training block — rather than indefinitely.
Keep moving comfortably
Mobility is use-dependent. Acupuncture and laser therapy keep stiff joints and irritable tendons quiet enough that you keep doing the activity that maintains them.
Cost, Insurance and Visits
Healthy Aging cost and insurance in The Villages.
What sets the cost
Healthy aging plans are built from NAD+, peptides, acupuncture and a short supplement list, each priced separately and reassessed rather than sold as a package.
Insurance
It depends on the therapy. Acupuncture visits are covered by many insurance plans and we check yours before the first appointment. Shockwave, laser, injections, peptides and NAD+ are self pay, and you will know the price of each before you agree to it.
How many visits
After the first consultation, most of the work happens at home with periodic check-ins, so visits are monthly or less.
Your first 20 minute consultation is free, and no referral is needed. Call 352-430-2720. Insurance and payment details.
