Dr. Christopher Cheshire

Dr. Cheshire is an integrative medicine clinician with a biochemistry background and 22 years in The Villages treating pain and movement disorders. That scientific foundation shapes how he practices. He wants to know what is happening at the level of the nerve, the muscle, and the tissue, and he builds treatment from there.
He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the New York College of Health Professions with a degree in Oriental Medicine. Previously, he studied Biochemistry at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. He completed his residency training with Dr. Rong Da Zhu, DOM, a fourth generation acupuncture physician and professor from Shanghai, China.
Over his career, Dr. Cheshire has treated more than 20,000 patients (practice records over twenty-two years). His focus is orthopedic and pain conditions, using acupuncture, injections, shockwave, laser, and peptides in whatever combination gives a patient the best chance to move better and hurt less. He treats patients like intelligent adults, explains how things actually work, and does not oversell.

Dr. Thomas Phipps

Dr. Phipps is a Medical Doctor who works alongside the practice. He brings a background in Internal Medicine and Orthopedic Sports Medicine, which fits naturally with our focus on pain, injury, and movement.
His training in sports medicine means he understands the mechanics of how the body breaks down and how it recovers, from joints and tendons to the demands of staying active as we age. That clinical perspective complements Dr. Cheshire's, giving patients the benefit of both medical and integrative expertise in one place.
Together, the two providers function as a single clinical team. Patients are not choosing between conventional medicine and integrative care. They get a coordinated plan that draws on both.
